Trust the Credentials and Experience, Not the Hype.
Ask the right Questions:
1) How long has the Agency been in business?
2) Check with the Better Business Bureau for complaints (trenton.bbb.org)
3) Do they carry their own Errors and Omissions insurance?
4) Are they verified by ARC? IATA? CLIA?
5) Are they experienced in the products the recommend?
6) Do they offer a full price quote with NO hidden surprise fees or taxes?
7) Will they be with you before, after, and even during your trip if needed?
8. Will they share testimonials and pictures of past guests’ trips?
9) Will they look at your entire vacation objectives to ensure that the whole trip is memorable and as stress free as possible?
10) Are they real full-time travel agents or part-time posers?
