Daydream Excursions LLC Terms & Conditions

Before commencing with your travel arrangements, please review and accept these terms and conditions. You signify your agreement by signing below or clicking “I Agree.”
Introduction
Daydream Excursions LLC (herein “Travel Agency”) acts as a facilitator between clients and suppliers (identified on the accompanying documents) in the sale of travel-related services. These services, which may include air and ground transportation, hotel accommodations, meals, tours, and cruises, are not directly supplied by the Travel Agency. Therefore, the Travel Agency shall not be responsible for any breach of contract, non-compliance with any laws such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), or any negligent actions or omissions by suppliers that result in loss, damage, or inconvenience to travelers or their companions.
Client Responsibilities
- Travel Documents: Travelers are responsible for verifying all passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry requirements for their destinations. International travel requires a passport valid for at least 6 months post-return date. The Travel Agency is not liable for the client’s travel document inaccuracies.
- Trip Protection/Travel Insurance: Purchasing travel insurance is strongly recommended within 14 days of the initial deposit. The Travel Agency provides information on available coverage and offers recommendations for protecting your trip investment.
Availability and Price Quotes
- General Pricing: Availability and prices at the time of inquiry are not guaranteed until payment is complete. Efforts to honor original quotes will be made; however, suppliers or government changes may affect these costs.
- Currency Consideration: As foreign currency quotes may fluctuate; thus, business is conducted in USD where possible.
Planning Fees
- If planning fees are required, a separate agreement will be provided outlining the specific fees, terms, and conditions associated with the planning services.
Pricing, Payments, and Fees
- Transaction Adjustments: US air transaction prices are stable unless affected by new government taxes or fees. You authorize Daydream Excursions LLC to charge any such adjustments to your provided payment method.
- Cancellations and Payment Recovery: A minimum $75 per person travel agency fee for cancellations, in addition to airline/tour operator/resort/other travel supplier cancellation fees, may be imposed. The Travel Agency will seek legal recovery for unpaid services.
- Additional Charges: Any additional shipping fees for documents will be billed separately.
Waivers & Disclaimers
- The Travel Agency is not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages connected to situations beyond its control, including but not limited to: terrorism, social unrest, mechanical failures, health emergencies, climatic conditions, or legal actions. Retention of travel documents after issuance indicates agreement to these terms and responsibility for informing travel companions of these conditions.
Liability Waiver
- Travelers acknowledge and assume inherent travel risks, releasing Daydream Excursions LLC from associated liabilities.
Legal Jurisdiction and Forum Selection
- Any disputes will be initiated and resolved in Monmouth County, New Jersey.

By signing below, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to Daydream Excursions LLC’s Terms & Conditions, and understand and accept the Client Responsibilities on behalf of yourself and all travelers included in your party.
