ALL Planning Packages Include:
- Iterative research-based itinerary, based upon a thorough assessment of your vacation needs
- Precision accommodation analysis and recommendations for room/suite/cabin options
- Unlimited revisions to your itinerary (until booked) based upon our discussions/interactions
- Advocate on your behalf before/during/after trip as needed
- Trip Insurance Claim set-up including documentation preparation if Trip Insurance purchased
- Assistance with rebooking/re-scheduling your trip if needed (FOR travel arrangements covered by trip insurance)
Silver Memory Package
- Planning service for clients with a simple itinerary including round trip cruises and all-inclusive resort trips
- OPTIONAL Interactive trip journal with detailed itineraries and maps plus more optional for $49
- Trip documents reviewed via email
Gold Memory Package
- This package is for clients who want to go on more complex trips including honeymoons, multi-city trips, and cruise-land combination trips.
- Interactive trip journal with detailed itineraries and maps plus more
- Concierge services of booking tee times, spa appointments, restaurant bookings, etc.
- Assist with obtaining Passports and Visa as needed
- Pre-Departure day-by-day itinerary walk thourgh call up to 45 minutes
- VIP request sent to hotel management informing them of your arrival (for hotel stays)
Platinum Ultimate Package
- This package is for clients who want to plan TWO Or MORE complex trips in a coming year and want the highest level of support for all trips planned within one year
- Interactive trip journal with detailed itineraries and maps plus more (prepared for EACH trip)
- Concierge services of booking tee times, spa appointments, restaurant bookings, etc.(for EACH trip)
- Assist with obtaining Passports and Visa as needed
- Assistance with rebooking/re-scheduling your trip if needed (If travel arrangements are covered by trip insurance) (As listed above for EACH trip)
- Pre-Departure day-by-day itinerary walk thourgh call: no time limit/per trip
- VIP request sent to hotel management informing them of your arrival (for hotel stays) for EACH trip
- Research and assistance using miles to pay for flights for EACH trip
- Check-in assistance for boarding documents as requested for EACH trip

Hawaii 4-Island Hopping Trip
Dave is a miracle worker. He took a bucket list dream for my husband to return to Oahu where he had done his military service decades ago and combined this goal with a reunion with longtime neighbors and turned it into a most memorable vacation. From sorting out which islands to visit, comparing cruise versus island-hopping by plane, hotels versus condominiums, and which of the possible tours to do, Dave was doggedly driven to put together an itinerary that worked for us. He even managed to have a rainbow to greet us as we arrived in Honolulu!
All four members of our party appreciated the quality of the accommodations and tours that Dave arranged for us. We also appreciated the downtime he built into the itinerary so we came back feeling as though we had been on vacation and not frenetic.
